I have been suffering from headache especially in morning time since couple of months and i have been through many doctors like ENT, physician, General Practitioners and taken many headaches medicines however still it was not cured then finally one fortunate day i got a chance to visit Dr. Urvish Patel near by my place to see him then he suddenly found that I have swollen cervical which had reached to neck so this is the reason that pain has reached to headache. And then I have started taking physiotherapy session to cure this in this physiotherapist clinic All the support doctor staff are also very nice and friendly.
